ABOUT LISA DAVIS

Lisa began her career as a teacher working for the Inner London Education Authority (ILEA). She has held senior roles including Headship at three different primary schools, Special Needs Advisory Teacher, School Improvement Advisor, NPQ Facilitator and Coach and more recently delivered bespoke training for schools.

Lisa is an experienced executive coach and mentor holding a Level 7 accredited certificate through the Institute of Leadership and Management. She comes to coaching from a senior educational background including headship and consultancy.

 

She has expertise in leading and motivating high performance teams, strategic planning including financial budgeting and monitoring the impact of actions. Building strong collaborative networks and developing staff capacity, she now runs her own business through The Growth Foundation - Coaching, Training and Consultancy.
